Squad play does not change the death rule. A three-stack can revive; it cannot recover an unsecured PKM after a wipe. Isolated is still the correct first queue even if friends are watching. Bring them after A 20-minute adventure pops.

Deluxe on Steam includes the soundtrack DLC. Elite Squad on Gaijin includes friend keys. Those extras are why the editions table exists. If you only need the guns, Standard plus earned Credits will still put an MP5 in your hands; it will not put Bonecrusher in the replicator queue.
